2024 the year of changes
(What changes I hear you say)
Firstly to get myself in a better place fitness and health-wise so on the 1st of January I gave up alcohol 
and went on a diet, how long would it last? Well, I can gladly inform you it is still going and I am 16kgs lighter..
I feel so much better and Miss SP 
has been taking me on three-mile + hikes
most days, much to her happiness..
Secondly, start growing my small business, this isn’t so easy, I can see why people give up 
it’s stepping out of your comfort zone and getting yourself and art out there and selling yourself…Like most artists, I am an introvert and find starting to talk about my art quite difficult…Time to pull on the big girl pants 
I thought 
step up and do something instead of waiting for it to happen…This is when I reached out to Jody@Cornish Ramblings to partner with her for the Cocker Spaniel Meet Up in May at Watergate Bay, Newquay a big step for me, the dreaded imposter syndrome started to emerge as soon as I had sent her a message…
but at the Cocker Spaniel Meet up I will be

…now this one may result in some very undignified moments but heyho 
I have watched many people enjoying this pastime and have always said I would do it and this is the year to try…..watch this space for no doubt some entertaining tales…I will update you all on the shenanigans of the cocker spaniel meet-up next time….I mean what could possibly go wrong with a beach full of crazy spaniels..
